Marthasville August 2010

S.L.A.P.S. headed to Marthasville, MO to investigate a private residence in this small town with reports of paranormal activity.  The family living in the house has experienced the Fusball table being played with no one to play it, voices, growls, as well as a soldier apparition in the neighboring  cemetery.  Another appartition was sighted in the abandoned guesthouse in the rear of the lot.  Me and Jim and were hanging out in the cemetery around 2:30 a.m when we heard a mans voice yell something.  This was also caught on a digital recorder in the main room with our investigator Bob and the homeowner hearing it inside.  Both sounds are listed below.

Prior to the investigation, Jim and Terry went to do a preliminary interview with the clients and caught a disturbing EVP in the cemetery while taking a tour of the property.  It seems to be the voice of a young child possibly.  Further review revealed the cemetery had many children buried in it as well.

Private Residence Investigation (Early Sept, 2010)

S.L.A.P.S. investigated a private residence in Florissant, MO in September of this year.  The homeowner had occasions on which the doors would open and getting sensations of someone present.  One day, the homeowner seen their door starting to open and they ran from the house and contacted police.  As the police were outside, a door slammed from inside and they sent the police canine into retrieve whoever was in the home.  Mysteriously, no one was ever found.

We recorded this EVP in the basement and it seems to be a little girl saying "Bobby isnt home".  Upon further investigation, we found out a little girl had once lived in the home and died of cancer and her fathers name was Robert.  THe father apparently committed suicide as a result but unclear where de did this.

Meyers Bar 10-10-2010

On a chilly October night, the S.L.A.P.S. team packed up and headed to Blackjack, MO to investigate the 170 year old Meyers Pub and Grill.  Workers have made claims of hearing odd noises as well as voices and the occasional odd sighting.  We set up 4 cameras inside as well as one inside with audio recorders attached to all.  The night yielded some interesting finds and has left us with more questions then answers.
